Sales Advisor (m/f/d)

Mission

Advise our customers, make the store attractive and carefully manage the assortment of the various aisles in the Do-it sector, as well as other store sectors (Decoration, even Garden)
Ensure the control and display of merchandise according to our internal presentation concepts
Place orders and provide after-sales service by handling customer requests and complaints
Provide support in other store sectors when needed

You have a recognised training in sales and several years of experience in similar sectors. Knowledge of plants and phytosanitary products is an asset
You are versatile, seek varied work, demonstrate good organisational skills, are effective on the ground and able to work under pressure
You have a perfect command of French, enjoy interacting with customers and their satisfaction is at the heart of your daily concerns
You know how to take initiative and your interpersonal skills allow you to work in a team and quickly adapt to your entire professional environment
You are physically robust and handling goods poses no problem for you
