You create the link between science and everyday nursing. You are visible on the wards and advise, support and empower ward managers and nursing staff.
For this versatile role we are looking for you from January 2027 or by arrangement as
Nursing Expert MScN 80%
Your main tasks
- Further develop, implement and evaluate evidence-based, practice-oriented nursing quality
- Develop and review nursing concepts, guidelines and work tools within the framework of quality management
- Ensure and further develop comprehensible, legally compliant documentation of the nursing process and service recording
- Conduct complex case discussions, identify ethical issues and support teams in decision-making
- Ensure and further develop palliative care
- Conduct regular training on nursing-relevant topics
- Lead or co-design projects within the framework of our corporate strategy – from idea to evaluation
- Support and represent the hygiene officer
- Maintain interprofessional collaboration internally and externally
- Maintain your network – internally and with other institutions, universities and with the other nursing experts on the "Health Mile"
Your profile
- Qualified nurse HF/FH with Master of Science in Nursing (MScN)
- Extensive professional experience in nursing, ideally in the geriatric long-term care sector
- Knowledge of interRAI LTCF
- Proven experience in project management
- High quality awareness and precise, independent working style
- An open, approachable manner with which you win teams for change and development
- Appreciation for existing practical knowledge and joy in advancing it together
