Clerk in Property Accounting
Your new tasks
Assisting with managing the property accounting of our commercial properties
Processing creditor, debtor and rent payments
Preparing heating and ancillary cost statements as well as annual financial statements
Reconciling accounts
Assisting with budgets, evaluations and reporting
Supporting property management with accounting-related questions
What you bring with you
You have a commercial basic education, ideally with further training in property accounting
You have very good command of the German language, both spoken and written
You have very good knowledge in the use of Microsoft Excel, ideally ImmoTop 2
Team spirit, reliability and initiative
You have a good command of the French language, both spoken and written
