Assistant in Property Management

• You support the department in all administrative matters of property management
• You are responsible for the creation, dispatch, and control of rental contracts, handling various enquiries, and the accounting of invoices
• You process dunning lists and are responsible for the control of the release of rental deposits
• If needed, you assist the property managers during apartment viewings and organise apartment handovers and takeovers

• You have a commercial or equivalent education
• Professional experience in property management is an advantage
• You are characterised by an exact and structured way of working, can assert yourself well, and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
• You show a high level of commitment, are a down-to-earth doer, and enjoy working in a team
• Fluent German completes your profile
