As a certified nursing specialist, you are responsible for professional and needs-oriented care and support of our residents. For this position, we value a lively personality who enjoys taking personal responsibility. In a small and manageable team, you actively shape and take responsibility for the care process as a key contact person. You support and promote the residents based on professional and human competence. You gladly take on daily responsibility and jointly organise the daily routine with the team and the residents. Good and competent collaboration with specialist agencies, doctors, and other internal departments is a matter of course for you and simply part of the role.

This position is aimed at a certified nursing specialist HF or equivalent qualifications who brings experience in gerontopsychiatry and/or the dementia field. As a «creative mind», you seek solutions even in a demanding and non-routine setting that focus on the quality of life of our residents. You possess sound knowledge in the care and support of people with cognitive impairments, are familiar with the BESA system and ideally also with our care documentation system easyDOK. You speak very good German, understand Swiss German and can use common computer programmes.
