You wish for a solid vocational education with a high practical relevance in a company with many years of training experience? Then you are in the right place at the City of Winterthur! In the four-year vocational training as a Geomatician EFZ (Focus "Surveying"), you will collect spatial information and create plans and maps.Your Tasks
- Measuring plots, buildings, and roads with precision instruments
- Creating planning bases for construction projects using CAD software
- Processing property mutations as part of the official surveying
- Updating the plans for the land register
Your Profile
- Completed primary school with good performance in mathematics, geometry, technical drawing, and computer science
- Good spatial imagination and enjoyment of precise work
- Technical understanding and logical thinking
- Enjoyment of working outdoors
