Tasks
You support the school management and teachers in all matters related to media and IT. Your tasks include in particular:
- Management and support of the device and software landscape (Chrome OS and iOS) using Google Workspace, Apple School Manager, and Jamf
- Administration of user access for students (Apple IDs and Google Workspace accounts) including screen monitoring and learning software
- Technical first-level support: analysis, isolation, and resolution of malfunctions with school devices and in the network
- Training and support of teachers in the use of new technical solutions and tools
- Annual review of compliance with data protection and security standards according to applicable guidelines
- Collaboration in the further development and planning of future ICT infrastructure, data management, and digital school administration
- Evaluation and procurement of software, hardware, and accessories in close cooperation with the school management
Requirements
Education in the field of computer science or equivalent qualification
If possible, experience with school ICT infrastructures, especially with Google Workspace, Apple School Manager, and Mobile Device Management (e.g., Jamf)
Enjoy working with teachers and have pedagogical understanding
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Knowledge in data protection and IT security
