Role:
You independently lead demanding MSRL projects in building automation - from conception and coordination to acceptance and handover. You work closely with engineering, customers, and external partners to ensure technically and economically successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
You plan and manage MSRL projects from conception to acceptance.
You coordinate trade planners, external partners, customers, and general contractors.
You monitor deadlines, quality, and project goals and ensure correct billing.
You create and process supplementary offers.
You check the technical implementation and ensure compliance with defined standards and workflows.
You work closely with the engineering team and accompany the technological implementation.
You ensure complete project documentation and system handover to service.
If necessary, you support the sales team with technical offers.
Qualifications:
You have training as an automation technician, electrician or a comparable qualification.
You bring experience in the MSR and HVAC environment as well as in project management of building automation projects.
You are familiar with HVAC, lighting, shading, and building management systems.
You have knowledge of electrical schematics and control cabinet/panel construction.
You have good knowledge of PC, network, and bus systems.
You work in a structured, independent, and precise manner and convince through initiative and responsibility.
You are flexible, resilient, and team-oriented.
You hold a valid category B driving licence.
