Your responsibilities
Planning and conducting continuing education for medical assistants:
- Researching relevant topics and qualified trainers
- Supervising and supporting the speakers
- Facilitating, managing administrative tasks, and coordinating on-site training
- Researching and booking suitable venues, including logistical organization
Courses for apprentices (autumn sessions) and courses related to qualification processes (spring sessions):
- Researching and booking training venues, including logistical organization
- Managing courses and participants
- Teaching specialized areas in hematology:
* Evaluation of hemograms and urine
* Analysis of urinary sediments
Required skills
- Basic training: Biomedical analysis technician or nurse with 5 years of professional experience in the field of medical analysis
- FSEA trainer certificate or federal diploma or other equivalent qualification preferred
- Desired experience as a trainer in the following areas:
* Pre-analytics
* POCT
* Hematology and urinary diagnostics in medical practice
* Hygiene and sterilization
- Dynamic, independent, and solution-oriented personality
- Ability to convey knowledge and mastery of pedagogical techniques
Availability to work with our prescribers in French-speaking Switzerland
