• you hold a qualification as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH.
• you have Spitex experience in nursing and enjoy working with children.
• the term "case management" is not unfamiliar to you.
• you enjoy the professional leadership of our health specialists.
• you enjoy training and supporting employees.
• besides your ability to efficiently take on coordination tasks, you have solid IT skills (knowledge of Lobos would be desirable).
