What to expect
- Service- and solution-oriented handling of written and telephone customer enquiries in cooperation with the specialist departments and agencies
- Checking and processing incoming insurance applications and cancellations
- Recording and processing various contract changes in CRM and Syrius
- 2nd level (telephone/written) for customer enquiries from agencies and customer centres
- Administrative tasks, such as returns processing
What you bring
- Completed commercial training or A-levels or equivalent education
- Experience in the health insurance sector is an advantage
- Resilience, flexibility and willingness to work overtime during peak periods
- Efficient and precise working method
- Confident German in spoken and written form is required, good French skills are desirable, further languages are an advantage
