Senior Power Platform Consultant
Job Description
Power Platform is your home – but you want more than just building. You want to advise, implement, set strategies and take responsibility that spans from the first offer to a successful go-live.
This is what gets you up in the morning:
- A leading role in our project teams as the technical lead responsible for demanding Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Dataverse) – from architecture through implementation to successful deployment.
- Responsibility for solution and architecture design: You make sustainable technology decisions, establish best practices, ALM and governance standards, and ensure our solutions scale and endure.
- Consulting your clients at eye level – up to decision-maker level. You recognise the business potential behind the requirement and develop new opportunities from projects.
- A seasoned project team of project managers, developers and engineers with whom you implement even the most demanding requirements in the enterprise environment – and junior as well as mid-level consultants whom you professionally develop and inspire with your knowledge.
- The opportunity to actively shape our Power Platform offering and influence our market presence: reference cases, blog posts, LinkedIn or on the stage of our events.
- Being "leading edge" regarding the Microsoft product range – and evaluating new capabilities (Copilot, Power Platform Governance, Fabric integration) before they become mainstream.
- A great crew, lots of passion for excellent customer experiences and a well-stocked beer fridge.
We expect from you:
- Technical depth: several years of track record in the Power Platform / M365 environment – Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, ideally Copilot Studio, AI Builder and Azure integration.
- Consulting & implementation: You quickly recognise customer needs, present pragmatic solutions and bring them cleanly into implementation.
- Strategy & governance: You think beyond the individual project and set standards that last.
- Ownership: You are responsible for the entire path from offer to delivery – entrepreneurial and results-oriented.
- Leadership: You provide professional guidance and develop people – without a career ladder.
- Strong communication skills up to C-level, in excellent German and good English.
- Workload 80–100%, main workplace Bern, Zurich or Basel, flexible willingness to travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
