Senior Client Representative Real Estate (80-100%)

Profond is one of the largest independent pension funds in Switzerland with around 90,000 insured persons, assets under management of 16 billion francs, and approximately 110 employees at two locations. Our modern offices are located directly at Zurich main station, but flex-work is also part of our modern work culture. For the Profond Investment Foundation, we are looking for a committed and experienced individual to strengthen our team in the Construction Management area.

Your Tasks

• Representing the owner’s interests in new construction, conversion, renovation, and renewal projects.
• Managing external client representatives, planning and project teams, ensuring the achievement of cost, quality, and schedule targets.
• Assessing budgets, cost estimates, change orders, and final accounts.
• Early identification of challenges and initiating appropriate measures.
• Preparing decision-making bases and management reporting for internal committees.
• Budgeting and controlling: Participating in investment and budget planning, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring meaningful project controlling and reporting.
• Advising asset management: Supporting technical, economic, and marketing-related questions throughout the entire lifecycle of the properties.
  

Your Profile

• Completed training as an architect or comparable technical qualification
• Extensive experience in construction management, client representation, or a comparable function
• Comprehensive knowledge in cost and project management
• Strong understanding of technical and economic contexts in the real estate sector
• Experience collaborating with planners, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and confident appearance
  Very good German skills; French skills are an advantage
