CISTEC AG is continuously looking for qualified and motivated employees. If you are interested in working for an innovative software and service company in healthcare, get in touch with us. Due to our growth, we are looking for a UX Designer in the Medication Area.
KISIM is software that enables hospital staff to manage clinical everyday life in all its facets. It consists of an extensive ecosystem of desktop, widescreen, and mobile apps.
You will work in the medication area and collaborate closely with clinical professionals and product development. Your tasks include research, prototyping, designing the user experience, and specifying the user interface of the medication module.
As part of the UX team, you will play a key role in designing processes and interfaces that enable smooth, interdisciplinary treatment of patients. This includes all prescriptions and measures from both medical and nursing areas. Through your work as a UX designer, you will contribute significantly to the safe and effective operation of the ever-evolving KISIM software. You will work closely with medical professionals to understand their needs and acquire the necessary medical background knowledge. You will also be in constant communication with product development, project management, as well as users.
Your tasks include
- Planning and supporting projects according to the principles of Human Centered Design.
- Conceptualizing and prototyping make up the majority of the work.
- Active participation in the further development of our design system.
- You work across all disciplines: research, ideation, information architecture, prototyping, visual design, and product specification. However, your focus will be on research and prototyping of complex interactions.
Your profile
- A completed design education or studies in fields such as UX Design, Interaction Design, Interactive Media Design, or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience in interaction or UX design.
- You enjoy designing solutions for complex processes and information-rich user interfaces.
- Broad experience using Figma, especially in connection with design systems.
- A portfolio that provides insight into your previous work (as PDF or online).
- You are familiar with web technologies and know the basics of HTML / CSS / JS. Experience creating prototypes with web technology is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools in design is a plus.
- Experience in the medical device sector and certification in usability for medical devices according to IEC 62366-1 is a plus.
- You speak fluent German.
