It is synonymous with the import of motorcycles, scooters and electric two-wheelers of the Yamaha brand as well as clothing and accessories from well-known top brands, including the leading Swiss own brand iXS. We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and experienced HR Assistant / HR Specialist 40-60% as maternity cover.
Your Tasks
- Handling HR administration in all areas of the HR lifecycle
- Preparation of various personnel-related documents, such as contracts, references, etc.
- Processing accident and sickness notifications as well as approvals
- Support in the preparation of monthly payroll processing
- Management of time recording and issuing of badges
- Maintenance and care of HR databases as well as ensuring data quality
- Contact person for administrative HR questions including telephone service
- Participation in general organisational and administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training and further education in HR
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Proficient MS Office skills
- User knowledge of rexx and Timetool is an advantage
- German as mother tongue, French and English are an advantage
- Reliable, responsible and independent personality
- Very good comprehension and high organisational skills
- Strong service orientation and a structured, precise way of working
