These tasks await you

• You will manage the accounts payable and receivable daily and independently process, check, code, and post incoming invoices. In addition, you will continuously reconcile the goods receipt/invoice receipt account
• You are responsible for the asset accounting and ensure correct and timely posting
• You post bank statements and reliably carry out the SAP payment run
• You maintain and monitor the ongoing accounts and regularly reconcile the intercompany accounts
• You are responsible for the expense reports as well as the dunning process
• You take over the VAT declaration and ensure the careful maintenance of the SAP master data
• You support the Director Finance with monthly and annual financial statements and contribute to timely reporting
• You provide varied administrative support at our workplace in Allschwil

What you already bring with you

• You have a completed training in accounting or finance
• You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable role
• You have experience with SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA and are confident in ERP systems
• You are proficient in Excel and use the programme efficiently for your daily work
• You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• You are characterised by high accuracy, a careful working style, and a strong numerical understanding
• You are a team-oriented personality who enjoys working with others and thinks beyond your own area of responsibility
