Tasks
- Take responsibility for planning and executing electrical installation projects
- Motivate and competently lead team members
- Independently monitor project deadlines and budgets
- Advise customers professionally and provide ongoing support
- Document projects, prepare quotations and additional cost estimates
Requirements
- Completed electrician training with a Federal VET Diploma or comparable qualification
- Part-time further training as an electrical project manager with a federal certificate or HFP
- Experience in staff management and enthusiasm for personnel development
- Solid technical knowledge and confident use of MS Office programmes
- Structured, independent working style with pronounced social skills
