• Completed basic training (ideally a Federal VET Diploma in the cleaning industry such as building cleaner or similar)
• Several years of experience in building cleaning or facility services
• Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Leadership experience in an operational environment
• Business management knowledge
• Good IT skills (Office/SAP)
• Structured, independent working style
• Driving licence category B

Your area of responsibility

• Operational overall responsibility for managed sites
• Leadership, deployment planning and development of employees
• Ensuring quality and safety requirements
• Leading, motivating and developing subordinate employees
• Ensuring GAV-compliant working conditions on site (working hours, rest periods, surcharges) in cooperation with HR
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused actions
• Analytical responsibility for hours, figures and processes
• Control of time recording as well as billing of management and additional orders
• Recruitment, training and instruction of employees
• Deployment, holiday and substitution planning
• Reporting, time control and variance analyses
• Recording and billing of additional services
• Ensuring internal communication and documentation as well as active cooperation with HR, Controlling and QHSE

Your working hours

• Start immediately or by arrangement
• Monday to Friday
• Working hours from 07:30 to 17:00
• Support for the Zurich region as well as the St. Gallen region
