Logistics Specialist / Deputy Team Leader 100% (m/f)

Your Tasks

As a logistics specialist, you are responsible for a smooth process in the warehouse. You receive goods, check the deliveries, and ensure that the goods have arrived correctly and completely. Afterwards, you store the goods properly and record the goods movements in the system.

Your further tasks include picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You ensure correct inventory management, conduct regular stock checks, and assist with inventories. At the same time, you maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse and ensure that the applicable safety regulations are observed.

You work independently but also closely with the team and internal departments. If necessary, you support your colleagues with various warehouse tasks and actively contribute to the optimisation of daily processes.

You also take responsibility for the warehouse and the team in the absence of the team leader.

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a logistics specialist with a federal certificate (EFZ) and have several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Independent, reliable, and careful working style
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Good ERP knowledge, MS Office & warehouse management
• A valid forklift licence and driving licence category B are mandatory
