Introduction

The city of Adliswil is a dynamic city with a high quality of life that has grown rapidly in recent years. With customer-friendly services, the administration is there for the approximately 20,000 residents. It employs about 750 staff in various professions and offers young people diverse training positions.

Clerk EFZ (with or without vocational maturity)

Starting August 2026, we offer three apprenticeship positions as a Clerk EFZ in the field of Public Administration according to the new commercial basic education (BiVo 2023). If suitable and interested, you also have the opportunity to complete the vocational maturity alongside your training. You will be active in various departments of the city administration, thus gaining broad professional, methodological, and social competencies.

For this professionally and personally demanding apprenticeship, you should have a good secondary A or an excellent secondary B diploma. You are characterized by a quick grasp, good manners, as well as great reliability and motivation. You are ready to perform above average in both work and school.
