About the job

You work 80–100% in Zug – with the possibility to also work remotely

• You are the contact point for telephone and written customer enquiries – in German, French and preferably Italian. Here you have the opportunity to make a real impact every day: with care, the right answer at the right time and a personal touch that assures our customers they are in good hands
• You handle complaints independently and find pragmatic solutions – with the aim of turning a difficult situation into a positive customer experience
• You take care of the registration of devices and new customers in SAP, thus laying the foundation for a clean, reliable data basis
• You process invoice enquiries, take care of cancellations, address changes and new creations
• You prepare quotations and credit notes, support data maintenance and actively contribute to general administrative tasks

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have experience in administrative customer service or internal sales – you know the environment and understand what matters
• You are an upbeat, positive personality who approaches customer concerns with genuine passion – and remains calm, reliable and solution-oriented even in hectic moments
• You communicate confidently in German and fluently in French. Good knowledge of English and Italian as well as other foreign language skills are a warmly welcomed plus
• You are proficient in common IT applications – Office 365 is a given for you, SAP knowledge is an advantage
