About the job
Pricing Manager in Facility Services 80-100%- Creating and further developing calculations, pricing strategies and profitability analyses for complex customer projects and tenders
- Analysing customer requirements, scopes of service as well as market and competitor data as a basis for competitive and profitable offer solutions
- Developing customised offer and contract concepts in close collaboration with Sales, Operations, Transition & Support as well as Finance
- Recalculating and evaluating existing contracts to identify optimisation and profit potential
- Preparing tender documents, calculation models and well-founded decision-making bases for internal stakeholders
- Leading, coordinating and documenting pricing and calculation projects
- Supporting the implementation of new contracts as well as cross-departmental special projects
- Completed studies (HF/FH) in Business Administration, Facility Management or a comparable field
- Experience in pricing or calculation is an advantage
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a strong understanding of business contexts and customer needs
- Very good Excel skills and experience in handling complex data analyses and calculation models
- Ability to develop economically viable solutions and successfully reconcile different interests
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Communicative and team-oriented personality with a confident manner
- Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written
