Polymechanic (Mechanical Manufacturing)

• You disassemble hydraulic components (mainly hydraulic cylinders) and identify their defective individual parts
• The defective individual parts are manufactured according to your own sketches and considerations
• You determine seals to be replaced on hydraulic components
• You assemble disassembled hydraulic components and test their functionality on existing test devices

• Completed technical apprenticeship or experience in the defined area of responsibility
• Independent and proactive working style
• CNC experience (milling or turning)
• Ability/experience to apply manufacturing resources appropriately to the situation

• Insight into the interesting world of hydraulics and the associated mechanics
• Single-part manufacturing
