Marketing Specialist (80-100%)
- In this versatile position, you are responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of marketing activities at Lenz & Staehelin. You shape the brand of a leading business law firm by designing target group-relevant content as well as coordinating and executing communication measures. In doing so, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensure consistent, target group-oriented communication across various channels.
- As part of our young team, you take on a central role in the further development and implementation of our marketing strategy and actively contribute to strengthening the firm's presence:
- Support of various specialist groups; including events, extensive submissions, newsletters, presentations, statistics, and various communication measures
- Ensuring local user support for the CRM, conducting training sessions, and quality assurance of CRM data
- Coordination of agencies and external service providers (printing, text, design, and web agencies)
- Maintenance and optimisation of web content (CVs, news, deals) in collaboration with our lawyers
- Planning, organisation, and support of internal and external events including webinars as well as various marketing activities
- Management and maintenance of social media channels
- Monitoring, analysing, and continuously optimising marketing measures based on relevant KPIs
- Completed education or further training in marketing or communication
- Professional experience in a similar position (excluding internships and training)
- Solid experience in handling CRM systems, including data maintenance, quality assurance, and user support
- Experience in managing websites and intranet via CMS as well as in project management
- Confident use of social media (LinkedIn, Instagram) and strong editorial skills
- Experience with Adobe applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva is an advantage
- Confident communication in German and English – French is an advantage
- Team-oriented, proactive, and structured working style with a hands-on mentality and strong service orientation as well as an eye for detail
- Analytical thinking and affinity for digital technologies
- Creative, open-minded personality with a high sense of responsibility who keeps an overview even in hectic times and sets priorities correctly
- With your sense for trends and your creativity, you contribute to presenting Lenz & Staehelin as a modern business law firm.
