Your tasks:

• Receiving and checking customer orders
• Entering customer orders into our ERP system
• Creating and sending order confirmations
• Ensuring that confirmed delivery dates are met. This in close cooperation with purchasing, production and quality assurance
• Internal and external communication in case of schedule changes
• Creating and sending quotations
• Maintaining master data of customer data, sales prices and sales items in the ERP system
• Assisting with sales planning as well as maintaining and preparing forecast data
• Invoicing and sending customer invoices
• Monitoring outstanding customer invoices and following up on payment delays
• Posting received customer payments
• Supporting and administratively processing our customers' consignment stocks
• Co-responsibility for the operational day-to-day business in shipping

Your skills:

• You have a successful EFZ apprenticeship qualification
• Enjoy office work and the variety between office and production
• Understanding of production and packaging processes is an advantage
• Careful, precise and reliable working style
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Flexibility in everyday work and openness to changing tasks
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
• Sense of responsibility and organisational skills
• MS Office and IT knowledge or motivation to learn this
• Very good German skills (at least B2 level) in spoken and written form required
• English skills are an advantage
