Team Lead Project Management Payroll / HR (All) (100%)

What to expect:

• You take over the leadership of the Project Management Team Payroll & HR
• You lead a small team professionally and personally, promote your employees and create an environment where everyone can give their best
• You also independently and purposefully manage introduction projects in the Abacus applications Payroll & HR as Project Manager at customers, prioritise requirements and are responsible for the project budget
• Analysis of existing processes at customers, recording new needs and documenting them
• Introduction, further development and monitoring of project management standards, methods and processes
• Support your team in complex projects
• Use of IT tools such as Jira, Confluence and all common MS Office products
• You are co-responsible for quality management in your team’s projects
• Active stakeholder management both internally and externally

What distinguishes you:

• Proven leadership skills in a project-oriented environment
• You have experience in project management and in the payroll and HR environment
• You are very familiar with the Abacus software, especially in the Payroll and HR applications
• You like to take responsibility, make decisions and apply your knowledge in a solution-oriented and pragmatic way
• Sound understanding of payroll and HR processes, their legal bases and digitalisation possibilities
• Completed studies in business administration and/or further training in payroll & HR
• You have a strong affinity for IT products and bring industry experience in the construction sector
• You are strong in customer communication and can explain complex topics clearly
• You recognise customer needs and develop solutions with conceptual approaches
• Sound knowledge in project controlling, resource management and project processes
