To continue successfully meeting the high demands of our customers and our children, we are looking for you: a quick-witted person who can keep an overview in a hectic daily routine and, together with the rest of the dispatch team, ensures that all pupils are transported safely and according to plan. You don’t get stuck in traffic jams but find new routes.🛣️

Start date possible immediately!

• You plan and organise school transports in our online dispatch system
• You coordinate our driver team and ensure that everyone arrives on time and satisfied
• You are the link between parents, schools and your colleagues in the dispatch team
• Customer enquiries? Complaints? Employee concerns? No problem – you keep an overview
• You can quickly take on responsibility and develop further within our company group

• A completed education (commercial or technical), but even more important: you bring organisational talent and want to get stuck in!
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in dispatch or taken on planning tasks
• You are motivated, enjoy working independently and are not afraid of responsibility.
• You love people, regardless of their background
• You have a driving licence (category B) and are happy to take on a route yourself from time to time
• You bring at least a C1 level in the German language – all other languages are naturally an advantage
