The following exciting tasks await you:

• Supporting the sales team – You work closely with our field advisors and ensure they are optimally supported
• Creating quotes for both private individuals and companies
• Telephone customer service – You are the first point of contact for our insurance partners and their customers
• Collaboration with specialist departments – You work closely with internal specialists to find the best solutions for our customers

This is what sets you apart:

• Completed training in the insurance industry with experience in the commercial sector
• Good knowledge of the insurance agency channel is an advantage
• VBV intermediary qualification is an advantage – ideally you already have this or are willing to further your education
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
• Sales- and customer-oriented
• Independent working and flexibility
• Communicative and open personality
