What you will achieve
- You support the Managing Director of Community Catering Switzerland as a key hub function in the administrative day-to-day business and ensure efficient appointment and process coordination.
- You take on diverse tasks in executive support, such as creating PowerPoint presentations, maintaining the CRM, or coordinating induction plans for new employees.
- You coordinate various regularly held meetings, take care of their organisational preparation and take minutes when required.
- As a central interface between operations and headquarters, you connect different stakeholders and support a variety of topics such as internal communication.
- You assist with projects and are part of the SV Event Committee, taking care of event organisation and catering requests.
What you bring with you
- Completed training in gastronomy or commercial administration with several years of professional experience, ideally complemented by experience in a comparable assistance or coordination role.
- Proficient use of Microsoft 365 tools and generally keen on digital tools.
- Strong organisational talent with a structured working style; you keep an overview even in hectic situations. You also enjoy supporting others, think proactively and recognise what is needed before being asked.
- Networked and solution-oriented thinking is one of your strengths. Additionally, you bring experience in project work and feel comfortable in a versatile interface role.
- Communicative, flexible and committed personality with a high standard of quality. You convince with a pronounced hands-on mentality and a lot of initiative.
- Fluent German skills, good English and ideally also French skills, as well as some experience in the gastronomy sector.
