Process Analytics is a division within the METTLER TOLEDO Group and a leading provider of field instruments for the analysis of liquids and gases in the process industry. At our headquarters in Urdorf, we develop and produce high-quality sensors for controlling production processes, which we distribute worldwide through our own market organizations. For our Process Engineering & Quality department, we are looking for an initiative, implementation-strong, and solution-oriented personality as a Process Engineer 80 – 100% (all genders). In this role, you will take on the following tasks: You take technical responsibility for the production processes for manufacturing sensors for applications to determine pH value, ion concentration, and conductivity. You systematically support solving quality problems and implement corrective and preventive measures. You take on tasks related to process development and process qualification during the industrialization of new products and processes and create the necessary documentation. You analyze production processes and, with your creative ideas, design improvement measures aimed at improving quality, simplifying workflows, and reducing costs. You monitor process data to increase process stability. You cooperate with other departments to ensure product quality and production flow and to increase productivity.
