These tasks will inspire you

• Leadership and development of a team of 8 employees in the brewery and blending areas
• Ensuring smooth and timely production while adhering to defined quality, quantity, and time specifications
• Responsibility for monitoring, controlling, and coordinating all production processes in the brewhouse and blending plant
• Continuous development of the brewhouse and blending plant with a focus on productivity increase, process optimisation, and quality assurance
• Planning and coordination of maintenance and repair work in collaboration with the technical service
• Participation in the development of new products and product concepts
• Promoting efficient and cross-departmental collaboration to optimise production processes

• Completed vocational training with further education as a master brewer
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a responsible managerial position in the food or beverage production industry
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style with a strong quality awareness
• Strong technical understanding and sound knowledge of brewery and production technology
• Empathetic and team-oriented leadership personality with high self-motivation and sense of responsibility
• Sound knowledge of SAP as well as very good user skills in MS Office
