Your Tasks
- Support and maintenance of working time management in our digital planning and time recording systems
- Checking, recording and approval of working and absence times
- Support for managers on questions regarding duty rosters, working time models and collective agreements
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (Working Hours Act, collective agreements)
- Participation in projects to optimise working time processes
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in working time management, personnel administration or time recording desirable
- Knowledge of LOGA / Polypoint PEP desirable
- Strong communication skills, service orientation and a structured way of working
