About the job
Service Technician 100%- You carry out planned maintenance and inspections on technical systems professionally
- You rectify faults in fire alarm systems (FAS), parking guidance systems, building technology and other critical operational systems
- You ensure the safe operation of technical systems through regular checks and rounds
- You undertake minor maintenance, repair and restoration work within your area of expertise
- You manage and monitor technical systems such as fire alarm systems and parking guidance systems
- You coordinate and accompany external service providers and subcontractors during on-site assignments
- You perform on-call duties according to the deployment plan and ensure rapid fault rectification
- You actively report risks, faults and optimisation potentials and document completed work as well as necessary follow-up measures
- You have completed a basic craft training, preferably in the electrical or HVAC field
- You bring professional experience in a comparable role
- You possess a strong technical understanding and are enthusiastic about technical systems
- You have experience in the maintenance, servicing and fault rectification of building technology systems and their controls
- Ideally, you hold an NIV Art. 13 / 14 / 15 permit
- You are proficient in MS Office and digital work tools
- You are characterised by an independent, reliable and service-oriented working style
- You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing
- You have a clean criminal record
