Job Description
Your Contribution to Our Shared Success
As a Sales Representative (m/f/*) for the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) business unit, you represent our company in the Western Switzerland (Suisse romande) as well as in the Austrian region. You have the opportunity to apply your sales experience and technical understanding to be successful together with us. Your responsibilities include:
- You achieve your sales targets through independent management of assigned customers and sales territories.
- You demonstrably apply your sales skills successfully to achieve or exceed your sales targets over a longer period.
- You independently organize and manage your sales territory – with occasional support from your team or manager in complex situations or special requirements.
- You competently advise our end customers in the industrial sector on-site and conduct product demonstrations in the field of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- You are responsible for the active development of your customer portfolio, identify new business opportunities, and sustainably manage existing customer relationships.
- You work closely with internal teams – including sales management, customer service, application engineering, marketing, and product specialists.
- You independently plan and organize customer events, e.g., training sessions or workshops, in collaboration with sales partners and the internal sales team.
- With commitment and initiative, you advocate daily for the needs and expectations of our customers.
These are your competencies
The minimum qualifications for this role include:
- Completed technical or commercial training
- Experience in sales, ideally in field sales
- Knowledge in radio technology and communication products/solutions
- Very good French language skills in spoken and written form & basic knowledge of German and English is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office, CRM systems, and digital tools
These additional skills are advantageous:
- Experience in sales of safety products or personal protective equipment
- Experience working with military, police, and authorities
- Technical understanding in occupational safety and health protection
