Responsibilities:

Responsible for contract acquisition:

Under the supervision of the regional acquisition manager you:

• Maintain active relationships with potential clients, project managers, customers, investors, economic representatives, associations, authorities and contractors.
• Understand client needs and the technical solutions offered by Implenia
• Handle the study of tender projects, study, costing, negotiation, proposal of technical variants
• Act as a link and work closely with the civil engineering acquisition unit in Valais

Responsible for project execution:

• Under the supervision of the regional production manager you:
• Control costs, quality and deadlines of projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Participate in resource planning
• Manage the contractual aspects of projects directly with clients
• Act as a link and work closely with the civil engineering department in Valais

You bring:

• Contractor diploma, Engineer or similar qualification.
• At least 10 years of experience in special foundations or civil engineering.
• Ability to provide innovative solutions and commercial initiatives.
• Leadership, interpersonal skills and expertise.
• Excellent knowledge of the Valais economic fabric.
• German/Swiss German is an additional asset.
