Site Manager "Electricity" General Contractor

• Actively participate in the realisation of high and low voltage electrical installation projects in the tertiary, industrial and residential sectors _ occasionally during the acquisition and study phases and mainly during the execution phase of the works
• Plan, coordinate, organise and monitor the progress of electrical sites, ensuring the management of assembly and commissioning teams, subcontractors for assembly and commissioning, as well as specialised contractors
• Coordinate the various project stakeholders (clients, site management, engineering offices, suppliers and subcontractors)
• Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health and environmental protection rules, as well as the application of the company’s quality procedures
• Guarantee compliance with contractual commitments regarding deadlines, costs, quality and conformity of electrical installations
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring technical and financial monitoring of their services
• Research and propose technical solutions as well as execution variants aimed at optimising costs, deadlines, quality and performance of installations
• Organise inspections, functional tests, commissioning and handover of installations to the client
• Ensure follow-up of reservations, acceptance of works and preparation of revision files and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with current standards and regulations, particularly regarding electrical installations, safety and regulatory conformity
• Monitor project changes and guarantee effective communication between the various stakeholders throughout the site
• Participate in commercial development by maintaining quality relationships with clients, contractors and partners

• Proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years in managing electrical sites
• Experience in simultaneous management of multiple sites
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Experience in coordinating subcontractors and various trades
• Basic training and skills in the HVAC field (concept and minimal sizing notions)
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with clients, contractors and colleagues
