About the job

At our headquarters in Baar-Inwil, we are looking for a personality as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement

• Planning, implementing and evaluating awareness-raising measures involving people with cognitive impairments
• Advising cultural providers, clubs and organisations on disability-specific issues and inclusive cultural offerings
• Coaching and supporting organisations in dealing with people with cognitive impairments
• Networking cultural providers and clubs in the canton of Zug as well as raising awareness for inclusion and cultural participation
• Cooperating with internal and external contacts and ensuring reliable information exchange

• Completed basic vocational training EFZ
• Further training and experience in the field of agogics and coaching
• Affinity for art and culture and ideally good networking in the Zug cultural and club scene
• Experience in supporting people with cognitive impairments
• Engaging, communicative personality with negotiation skills as well as fluent oral and written expression in German
• Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness to work irregular hours (e.g. events in the evenings and weekends)

• 5 weeks holiday up to 50 years, then 6 weeks. Additionally, up to 4 weeks holiday purchase possible
