About the job
We are 12 residents with the most diverse needs and impairments, living in two residential groups. We are looking for a humorous, flexible, conscientious, and open person. Although we are somewhat older, we enjoy life to the fullest. Participation and self-determination are important to us.
Your main tasks
- Professional care, support, and nursing of adults with cognitive and psychological impairments in daily residential life
- Key worker duties and promotion of self-determination
- Responsibility for a department
- Support and motivation for meaningful leisure activities for the residents
- Co-planning, implementation, and documentation of agreed development and support offers
- Ensuring the correct execution of medical/doctor's orders (medication administration, therapies, etc.)
- Collaboration with relatives, residential care, as well as internal and external agencies
What you bring with you
- Training as a care/nursing specialist, nursing assistant or similar is desirable
- Balance between inner calm, composure, and the inner drive to make a difference
- The complexity of dementia fascinates you
- Care is a natural part of your daily routine
- Warmth, independence, flexibility, creativity
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends (no night shifts)
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Confident handling of MS Office programmes
