IT Support Specialist m/f/d 80-100%

Bellevue Medical Group is a leading interdisciplinary network of neurological, neuropsychological and sleep medicine competence centres in Switzerland. With over 80 specialists at our 21 locations, we offer the full outpatient and inpatient treatment spectrum of neurology — and we continue to grow. A professional IT infrastructure is not a side issue, but the foundation on which our operations run.

In this role, you will take on first- and second-level support for our locations. You are close to operations, work with a variety of professional groups and actively shape the IT infrastructure of a growing medical network.

This position involves regular assignments at our locations — a category B driving licence is mandatory. Those who appreciate variety and mobility will feel at home with us.

• First- and second-level support on site in our practices (computers, printers, network)
• Support for doctors, medical professionals and administration with IT questions
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstation systems and mobile devices
• User administration (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
• Participation in IT projects, e.g. opening of new locations
• Shaping the digitalisation of processes and workflows
• Maintenance and further development of our website
• Management of the telephone system (3CX)
• Support in operating the patient information system curaMED
• Collaboration with our IT partner Swisscom on complex issues
• Documentation of incidents, solutions, systems and processes

• Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ
• Several years of experience in an IT support role
• Knowledge of network technologies, cloud solutions (Azure, SharePoint, M365) and IT security
• Category B driving licence and willingness to regularly visit locations
• Open, communicative personality with patience and understanding in dealing with different professional groups
• Fluent German in spoken and written form

It is also advantageous if you have the following

• Experience in the medical environment
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• French language skills
• Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn
