Head of MRE (Mobile Room Units) 100% at TOI TOI AG

TOI TOI AG is a leading company for mobile sanitary solutions throughout Switzerland with around 200 employees. Our product range extends from simple toilet cabins to luxury sanitary containers or room containers with customised equipment. In addition, we offer a variety of supplementary products and complementary services. We are committed daily to hygienic toilet facilities and thus support the "makers" on construction sites and events.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual as Head of MRE 100%.

Your tasks

• Leadership and further development of the MRE department.
• Responsibility for planning, organising and monitoring processes in the MRE area.
• Ensuring timely provision and maintenance of our mobile room units.
• Coordination and collaboration with internal departments as well as external partners.
• Monitoring and compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Cost control in the MRE area.

Your profile 

• Completed sanitary training, ideally with further education in business administration or project management.
• Project experience, preferably as a project manager.
• Several years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in construction or a similar field.
• Strong organisational skills and a structured way of working.
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills.
• Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems).
• Fluent German skills, French skills an advantage.
• Driving licence category B & E mandatory
