ICT Engineer Identity & Access Management 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

As part of the Business Unit Shared Services (SHS) of Hamilton AG, this area takes on central tasks for the Hamilton companies. Teams in HR, ICT, Corporate Communication, Facilities, and Finance ensure that processes run smoothly and employees worldwide are optimally supported.

What you can achieve:

• Operation and continuous development of the Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory platform
• Design and implementation of modern identity and access management solutions
• Further development of Conditional Access, MFA, Passwordless Authentication, SSO, and RBAC
• Ensuring a secure hybrid identity architecture between on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Implementation of zero-trust principles and modern security standards
• Automation of identity and permission processes
• Operation and development of Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Access Governance
• Integration of new applications into the existing identity landscape
• Consulting stakeholders, security teams, and departments on IAM and security topics
• Participation in cloud, security, and digitalisation projects

What you bring with you:

• Training as an IT specialist FH/HF or comparable qualifications
• Several years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
• Sound knowledge in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, Federation, and RBAC
• Good knowledge of hybrid identity and Microsoft Entra Connect
• Experience with PowerShell and automation
• Understanding of zero trust, least privilege, and modern security concepts
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and audit requirements
• Analytical and structured working style
• Very good German and good English skills, at least B2 level
