To optimally complement our team, we are looking for a motivated person for our head office in Bellach by agreement (part-time is possible)

Project and Construction Manager / Site Manager Building Construction

(80-100%)

Your responsibilities include:

• Independent management of local project and site management
• Conducting construction accounting and cost controls
• Preparation of tenders, contracts for work, and schedules
• Coordination of all persons involved in the construction

Requirements:

• Qualified construction manager or construction technician or architect or civil engineer
• Experience in project and site management of larger projects
• German as mother tongue
• Proficient use of Messerli Bauad and MS Office
• Experience with public clients
• High commitment and flexibility with leadership qualities
