For our team at the Ursenbach site in the Swiss Midlands, we are looking to fill the following position immediately or by arrangement:

Your tasks:
- Independently sealing glass edges with sealants and adhesives as well as assembling and applying various functional elements and accessories
- Performing and documenting safety-relevant bonding according to defined process and quality specifications
- Preparing components, surfaces, materials, and aids for the respective assembly and joining processes
- Carrying out final assembly as well as the prescribed intermediate and final inspections of our high-quality products
- Identifying and reporting process and quality deviations and ensuring complete production and process documentation
- Actively contributing to the improvement of quality, productivity, and process stability
- Ensuring order and cleanliness as well as compliance with applicable 5S guidelines
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training, preferably in a technical, electrical, or mechanical field
- Good technical understanding and ability to confidently read and implement drawings and work instructions
- Manual dexterity, strong quality awareness, and enjoyment of precise work
- Training as an adhesive practitioner (EAB) and experience in bonding, sealing, and soldering are advantageous
- Good user knowledge of MS Office
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style with a high sense of responsibility
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form and enjoyment of teamwork
