About the job
Planning, scheduling, and control of customer and production orders considering capacities, material availability, and adherence to deadlines
Cross-departmental coordination of customer-specific projects as well as ensuring smooth communication interfaces (Sales, Production, Engineering, Quality, Customer)
Monitoring and continuous optimization of production and delivery schedules
Ensuring delivery capability, adherence to deadlines, and efficient material flow in production
Responsibility for inventory management (semi-finished products/WIP) and control of external partners ("extended workbench")
Creation and maintenance of bills of materials, work plans, and master data in the ERP system including forecast management
Conducting analyses, reports, as well as preliminary and final cost calculations (e.g., in Excel/Power BI)
Collection and evaluation of key figures, documentation of processes, and initiation of optimization measures in coordination with stakeholders
Completed technical basic training with further education as a process specialist or process technician HF
Several years of professional experience in production planning
Basic knowledge of LEAN management, as well as knowledge in project management desirable
Knowledge of SAP / InforCOM is an advantage
Proficient use of Office tools as well as MS Projects
Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form are mandatory, additional language skills are an advantage
