Facility Manager Cleaning 100%- Ensuring cleaning quality according to the service specification as well as conducting regular quality checks
- Planning, organising and coordinating daily cleaning tasks including personnel deployment planning
- Leading, training and further developing the cleaning teams
- Responsibility for material management, orders and maintenance of machines and equipment
- Coordination of special and deep cleaning as well as management and control of external service providers
- Contact person for customers and internal stakeholders as well as handling tickets and supporting the Facility Services Manager in daily operations
- Completed basic training, ideally in cleaning, housekeeping or facility management
- Professional experience in building cleaning as well as in a coordinating or leadership role
- Further training as a facility manager or specialist in cleaning and hygiene is an advantage
- Good knowledge of occupational safety, hygiene regulations and quality management
- Experience in handling cleaning machines, cleaning agents and modern cleaning technology
- Good IT user skills (MS Office, CAFM systems and ticketing tools) as well as confident German language skills in spoken and written form
