YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Monitoring and validating material planning to ensure smooth material supply for production and service locations
- Proactive intervention in case of impending delivery delays or supply shortages
- Clarifying open questions regarding delivery dates and quantities with suppliers as well as handling complaints
- Participation in shopfloor meetings to coordinate with relevant departments
- Supporting demand carriers and procurement in case of shortages due to missing parts or unplanned requirements
- Operational support of logistics in identifying and handling critical deliveries
- Creating transparent and meaningful overviews of the current material situation for departments and management
- Coordinating planning changes with the aim of cost-optimal implementation
- Proactive follow-up and enforcement of open goods receipts within assigned projects
- Responsibility for warehouse management and stock levels at project level
- Avoidance and active control of excess inventory
- Organisation and moderation of escalation meetings in cooperation with purchasing and production management
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed technical or commercial basic training, ideally in industry
- Further training, e.g. as a technical clerk, process specialist, or comparable
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, resilient, and solution-oriented personality with a structured and efficient working style
- Strong team skills and communication abilities
- Assertiveness and sense of responsibility
