• Supporting the team leadership in organisational and specialist areas, as well as in leading and further developing the care team
• Participation in nursing management events
• Co-designing and supporting new projects and changes at GAZK
• Active involvement in change processes and team development
• Person-centred, holistic and professionally competent care and support of our residents
• Responsibility for the care process of key persons including involvement of relatives
• Care needs assessment according to RAI-NH and electronic care documentation using easyDOK
• Taking over daily responsibility in the residential area

• Training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent (with SRK recognition for foreign diplomas)
• Professional experience in gerontological care is an advantage
• Team- and solution-oriented working style with organisational skills and appropriate foresight
• Strong communication and decision-making skills, positive and motivating team and leadership person
• Willingness to complete leadership training
