SITE MANAGER FOR QUANTITY SURVEYING

• Preparing quantities: You are responsible for the precise preparation of quantities, which serve as the basis for billing our projects. Not with a notebook and pencil, but with the latest 3D software directly from models or plans
• Developing supplementary offers: With your analytical skills, you create detailed supplementary offers to ensure that our projects always remain within the financial framework
• Representation and adjustment of quantities: You confidently negotiate with site management and clients and independently adjust your quantities.
• Submitting payment requests: You ensure that all services rendered are correctly billed and that the corresponding payment requests are submitted on time.
• Inflation billing: You calculate inflation precisely and prepare the corresponding invoices.

• You have completed training as a site manager SBA or an equivalent qualification and bring sound expertise
• You have excellent knowledge in the area of quantity surveying and billing and master these disciplines confidently
• Your working style is characterised by independence and reliability
• You are a team player, flexible, and highly motivated to achieve joint success
• You are proficient in digital working methods and have comprehensive user knowledge of common Office programmes
