Your Tasks
- With passion and foresight, you lead the opening of our new health restaurant to success.
- As a central hub, you coordinate all project activities and connect different departments.
- Together with internal and external specialists, you develop an innovative guest experience centred around health, nutrition, and enjoyment.
- You bring the gastronomy and health concept to life operationally and contribute to its continuous development.
- From tastings to team training to the pre-opening phase, you ensure a professional and inspiring implementation.
- You always keep an eye on appointments, budgets, and quality standards and ensure a successful start of operations.
Your Profile
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in the hotel, gastronomy, or food & beverage sector.
- Experience in project management, new openings, or implementing innovative concepts.
- Passion for modern nutrition, health, hospitality, and exceptional guest experiences.
- Entrepreneurial personality with a hands-on mentality and strong execution skills.
- Strong organisational and communication skills as well as a confident manner with different stakeholders.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with the necessary flexibility for a dynamic start-up phase.
