Job Description

• Care and support of clients in their familiar home environment

• Promotion and maintenance of independence in everyday life

• Implementation of basic and treatment care

• Observation and documentation of health status

• Close cooperation with nursing professionals and the interprofessional team

Requirements Profile

• You are a certified Health Specialist EFZ and work independently and responsibly

• You approach people with empathy, respect and on an equal footing

• You are flexible, think ahead and adapt well to changing situations

• You value teamwork and actively contribute

• You are willing to take on night shifts

• You hold a category B driving licence
